TERMS & CONDITIONS
Thank you for your interest in advertising your product or service with HnH Solutions Pty Ltd.
- An annual membership fee is charged, to list in the directory (refer to Fees & Charges on the 'Benefits of Being Listed' page using the tab above)
- The full annual fee is payable regardless of when you list in the directory.
- Ensure that the details you have entered are correct, as you will be charged for any changes or additions at a later date.
- Upon receiving your request to advertise, and verification of your payment, we will provide you with a unique client code. It is your responsibility to keep this code secure. You are required to use your client code any time you are making changes to, or updating your membership details.
- We encourage clients to use our internet service for registering and renewing their services, but will accept registrations in writing or fax to

- The information that you submit us will be automatically saved into our directory upon receipt of your payment, with no alternations. Payment methods are either via credit card (on-line), cheque or direct deposit.
- Any changes to information are required to be made in writing, via fax, email or post. Changes and cancellations will only be accepted upon use of your unique “client code” so that we are able to validate the authenticity of the request. Charges will depend on the amount of information requiring change. The minimum fee will be $20.
- At the time of your annual membership renewal, you will be able to make any changes to your details without charge. This is especially to assist clubs and associations whose secretaries and details may change with elections. Please ensure that you get the correct spelling of peoples names!
- Membership renewals are paid at the same time each year regardless of when you registered with the directory. The membership period goes from the 1st December to the 30th November each year. HnH Solutions will send out 2 reminders to pay your fees, the first on the 1st October and the second on the 7th November. If payment is not received by the 1st December we will automatically withdraw your listing from the directory.
- Clients listening to Teleseminars that wish the affiliate fee (commission) to go to their club, or association, or another club or association, are required to advise HnH Solutions Pty Ltd at the commencement of the membership period. The ability to change where the commissions are distributed can be only done at membership renewal time, or you will be charged a fee for making this change.
- If you are a club or an association, and do not have an Annual Show or Competition, you are required to seek the written permission of HnH to use the sponsorship money for scholarship or educational purposes, these details must be outlined in the written request.
- Inclusions of Services (not already listed) into any of the business categories will be considered on a case by case basis.
- Clubs and Associations are required to use the HnH logo and web address in the advertising of the event/s which HnH sponsor as a result of commission monies paid either from annual subscriptions or quarterly affiliate payouts from Teleseminars.
- HnH Solutions Pty Ltd have the right to refuse any request for listing into the directory.
